The first Presidential Debate of the 2016 election season happens this week!

The ten top-polling Republican candidates will slug it out over two hours on Thursday, in a debate hosted by Fox News. Believe it or not, this is not the premise of a new Judd Apatow movie.

Currently polling at the top of this motley crew = Donald Trump!??!! Is there anyone who actually believes he would be a good president?


Nevertheless it will be fun to watch each candidate try to out-Tea-Party the others. And alarming to realize one of them will face our Democratic candidate for the White House.

Since the debate happens 3AM Friday Swiss time, join Democrats Abroad Switzerland on Sunday for a 5pm apéro and Debate-watch party. Criticism, shouts at the screen, and applause all allowed!
