Celebrate 4th of July in Three Swiss Cities
SATURDAY 4 JULY ● 12:30 - 5:30 PM ● BASELThe American Women’s Club of Basel hosts a family-friendly 4th of July Picnic at Schuetzenmatt Park, 4054 Basel. Some burgers and docs available plus bring your own drinks and goodies for the grill, and a side dish or dessert to share. Guests and friends welcome! The park has a wading pool, swing sets, jungle gyms for the children and public WCs. RSVP to the AWC not required, but welcome to get a head count.
Cost: 5 chf/person donation to the Club's local charity.
Getting there: Trams 1 or 8, Bus 33 or 34 to Schutzenhaus; street parking is available around the park and football fields.

The American International Club of Geneva presents their annual 4th of July Celebration, at Domaine du Pommier, Grand Saconnex, 1218 Geneve. Games & activities for children, Geneva Seahawks American football, BBQ & Bacardi, and the Albert-Mark band.

The American Club of Zurich hosts their Fourth of July BBQ at the Fork and Bottle Restaurant, Allmendstrasse 20, 8002 Zurich (near Sihl City). Music, games & races for the kids, and fireworks! Registration and payment required by 27 June, this one is filling up.

Day Hike to Rochers-de-Naye
SATURDAY 11 JULY ● MONTREUXWe are planning a hiking trip to the Rochers-de-Naye viewpoint above Montreux. The group departing Geneva will meet Saturday morning at the gare Cornavin (outside the Migros) at 9:15am to take a 9:33 train to Montreux.
