1) Join Democrats Abroad Switzerland again this Thursday for a screening of The Daily Show, and chat up other Jon Stewart fans. Everyone is welcome. This week's shows will focus on the Democratic convention and we'll also play Elizabeth Warren's speech as delivered in Charlotte.

The event will start at 7:15 p.m., and we will begin the screening at 7:30 p.m.

2) Voter Registration Drive at American International Women's Club Annual Open House

Voter registration drives are continuing in and around Geneva. Next week, come by the American International Women's Club of Geneva's annual Open House to get registered to vote, meet other women from around the world, and learn about Club activities.

3) The 3^rd and Last Visit Behind the Scenes at Nuit des Bains: A special guided tour for Democrats Abroad in Geneva Sept. 12^th

On this last tour in 2012 of the popular series, join fellow DA members, friends and lovers of art for an exclusive pre-opening guided tour of a select number of contemporary art galleries. The tour will feature American, Swiss and international artists in Geneva's Quartier des Bains the day before the crowds descend upon the galleries for the Nuit des Bains.

4) Get trained to become a Voter Registration Volunteer!

We trained a great team of volunteers in Geneva a couple weeks ago but still need more help as we put all our energy into getting Americans in Switzerland (and France voisine) registered to vote before the deadlines. For many states, this is already in early October so we urgently need you these next couple weeks! We are holding a training session via teleconference. You can dial in to the call from home using a local dial-up number or via Skype.
