Democrats Abroad Annual General Meeting
Democrats Abroad Switzerland is holding our Annual General Meeting May 13th, 2012 from 2 to 5 PM and we hope you’ll join us!
At the meeting we’ll discuss the past year’s accomplishments as well as plan the exciting year ahead. This meeting is a great opportunity to get together with other members, meet your Executive Committee, share in the political life of Dems Abroad Switzerland, and get more involved in this important election year! Through the growth of our membership and our Get-Out-The-Vote work, our goal is to impact the overseas 2012 vote for the re-election of President Barack Obama and Democrats across all States. Participate in the two workshops we’ll hold at the AGM to learn how you can help make a difference in reaching this goal.
The Annual General Meeting will be held for the first time in our 38 year history in the Swiss German region. Please come and join us at our DA Zurich Chapter Chair’s home in Seen, Winterthur. It will be an informal potluck with lots of food provided, but please bring a snack, drink or dish with you to share.

Preliminary Agenda:
2:00 – 3:00 PM: Meeting
-Report from the Executive Committee Officers and Zurich Chapter Chair.
-Approval of 2011 AGM minutes.
-Discuss plans for upcoming year
3:00 to 3:30 PM: Workshops
-Phone banking training
-Voter registration training
3:30 to 5 PM: Eating/Drinking/Socializing/Wrap-up
